At Society Cleaners we are experts at cleaning and preserving wedding gowns with delicate fabrics and intricate crystal beading. Please keep in mind there is an extra charge for the preservation and the box. The price will be according to the size of the wedding gown. With sophisticated state-of-the-art technology, skilled professionals evaluate the complexity and fragility of each gown to determine the cleaning and preservation method appropriate for your special garment. Please remember, the wedding gown preservation is a separate charge from the regular cleaning.

The gown is individually assessed and processed. Once the gown is cleaned, the client will have an opportunity to view it before the preservation process begins. During the process of preservation, the gown is sealed in a special tissue paper to absorb humidity. The gown is then placed in acid free chamber boxes, all vacuum-sealed to prevent the yellowing that comes form mildew and age. The bride is provided with a photo of the gown, which is adhered to the front of the box, of when the gown is placed in the box after the preservation process is completed.
